- Make sure you’re entering the phone number that is listed as the Primary number on your existing account with the center. Currently Yourgi won’t make matches with Secondary Owner’s numbers or Emergency Contact numbers that you have on your existing center profile.
- If your existing center account information still doesn't pull up to import into your app, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the phone number/email address you're trying to join with. There is likely an error that is preventing a perfect match being made, and support staff can manually correct the error so that your account details will be imported to your app.
