My personal information is incorrect in the app. How can I fix it?

You can edit your personal information by going to Account Settings > Personal Information. Please contact support@yourgipet.com and include the changes you’d like to make if you’re unable to change the desired information (some info must be updated by support staff at this time). Support staff will manually edit your account in 24-48 hours.
