How can I tell if my request is approved?

When you request an appointment, the status will show as pending on the Home page. Please allow up to 24 –48 hours for requests to be reviewed by center staff. If your request can be accommodated, staff will book your request and you should receive confirmation from them and by SMS/email from your center account.
