My pets are missing their immunization records in the app, how can I get them?

If you require a copy of your pet's immunization records immediately, please contact your vet center directly, Yourgi Support cannot release pet records. 

If Yourgi isn't showing immunization records from your in-network vet practice when expected, please contact support@yourgipet.com to look into your issue.
