Cancelations of your 12-month membership requires the member to meet a qualifying life event and are subject to denial from Yourgi Support. Qualifying life events include rehoming or death of your pet, transfer or loss of employment, a change in your active-duty military status, or permanent closure of your primary Yourgi pet and/or vet center. If your subscription is cancelled early, you may owe reconciliation for services rendered in shortened plan lifetime.
