Currently, requests to adjust a membership plan after benefits have been consumed will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Yourgi Support. Accepted requests for downgrading will restart your 12-month commitment and reconciliation fees may be owed for services consumed.
If you purchased a higher tier plan than you expected, and have not consumed any plan benefits, please reach out to support@yourgipet.com for assistance with the correct plan assignment.
