If my plan offers 'unlimited' exams and office visits, can I come in whenever I want?

Bestlife members are subject to the standard request and scheduling policies of their desired location. The unlimited exams benefit does not grant the ability to walk-in without staff pre-approval, or ability to be seen outside of normal appointment hours.
